Marty has over two decades of out-of-home advertising experience, with expertise in areas of billboard leasing, research, development and sales. Marty founded and currently serves as the President of ADPAC, the advertising political action committee supporting the advertising interests of the out-of-home industry. Through his association with ADPAC Marty is a leading expert in local sign laws and legislation throughout the tri-state area as well as key liaison between government agencies and the out-of-home industry.
Marty began his career with Matthew Outdoor in 1988, as Director of Operations overseeing the New York, New Jersey and Connecticut territories. Throughout his eleven-year tenure he successfully transition Matthew Outdoor through three acquisitions the last and final being Clear Channel Outdoor. In 1999, Marty co-founded Carole Media and Willow media, growing the company to operate over 50 plus signs throughout New York and New Jersey. Lamar Advertising purchased Carole Media in 2006, since which time Marty has focused his efforts on developing and acting as owner/operator of billboards within the U.S. in addition to consulting for national scale outdoor advertising companies.
